Droom Technology — Car inspection carried out by evaluator, rather than technician

I booked a premium inspection for a used car, I was expecting a verified technician will be performing the inspection. The person who came to inspect the car was not a verified technician. he himself told that he is an evaluator and not a technician. Report wrongfully lists him as verified technician. Hello Sir/Madam,

On 1st January 2022, I paid a token amount for a used motorcycle through Droom since they were providing a 6 month warranty on their vehicles. The owner of the bike (a dealer) was already known to me since I had gotten his contact atleast 10 days earlier (on 21st December 2021) through another platform (OLX). The only reason I was going through Droom was for the 6 month warranty.
