Drs Logistics-agarwal Packers And Movers — Compensation for damage of my bike

I SARITA.I have shifted my TV'S JUPITER BIKE from DELHI TO CUTTACK on 11.09.16 through Agarwal Packers n movers(DRS grp) with GC NO-4503695.But when they delivered it on my given address it was in a bad condition.Back light has been broken, many scratches on the body, main stand has been broken.My new bike was looking an old one now and when I contacted their they are not coopecooperating and even after mail no reply from thereside.Agarwal packers n movers has cheated on and are looting customers.Its a big logistic company how they don't have online tracking.Very pathetic condition.For this reason how could I get my compensation and what will be the formal procedure please guide me as soon as possible.SARITA NANADA ([protected])
