Hi Team, I have placed an order(191212) on August 14th in https:/drtrust.in, but I haven't received it till now(September 7th). I have been calling their customer care number every alternative day to get to know the status, but they keep on saying same answer every time "we will get back to you in 24 hours", but no update.
Even I sent an email to their customer care email id "[protected]@nureca.com", received an acknowledgement saying they will update me in 5 to 7 days. But no update as of now.
As per their delivery partner shiprocket/delhivery website tracker, they are updating like "my area is restricted area, due to this they are unable to enter".
But I am keep on order online items from couple of years and I don't have any issue with any delivery partner.
Suprise is that no one from delivery team called me till now, even though my product reached nearby delivery partner location.
Can I have any other senior management team contact so that I can share my problem with them?

As I have already paid while placing the order, I am not sure what are the next options that I have in hand.
