Hi Team, I have placed an order(191212) on August 14th in https:/drtrust.in, but I haven't received it till now(September 7th). I have been calling their customer care number every alternative day to get to know the status, but they keep on saying same answer every time "we will get back to you in 24 hours", but no update.
Even I sent an email to their customer care email id "[protected]@nureca.com", received an acknowledgement saying...

I ordered a Vaporiser throgh order no. 39802 on Dt. 20/10/2020. Next day on 21/10/2020 I got an email from them that the item is delivered but its not delivered to me.

I send them email that its not delivered. Then they created a ticket with the shipment company called Shiprocket. After few days I again contacted them about it, they say its already delivered. I called them and spoke for 20 minutes but no use. They say its delivered....
