I have been a regular, loyal customer of Dry Fruit House, consistently spending over ₹5, 000 every single month. Today (Saturday, 10th October 2026), I faced highly disappointing and insulting experience due to shocking arrogance of the staff. The male staff member ignored my queries regarding badam variants, lazily stated prices, and when I opened a container lid to compare variants myself due to his unresponsiveness, he barked at me in an aggressive, hostile, and disrespectful manner. I respect hygiene protocols, but the rude manner in which he spoke was unacceptable. When pointed out, he remained unapologetic. I left without buying.
