I have brought a flat in DS MAX Smartnest in 2018, with lot of delay in handovers. Since day one there is problem in the flat. 1st week of moving, the bathroom sink was fallen, then too many cracks and the beam in Kitchen has fallen, Seepage, doors too many. I had paid a booking amount of 45k on Oct 15th, which I asked the Project Manager Mr. Vinodh not to process for booking as I wanted to get some property related details.
