Hi,
I booked flat in 2019 with DS Max sangam grand they suppose to complete project by 2023 . Still it looks like dump yard . No children play area, no CC camera no proper fire exit alarams, no fire engine way provision.

Worst management head of Prasanna or Meenu and site engineer over here Sachin won't respond to anything. Even for single plumbing work also need to run for them almost week.
Recently fire accedent...

I had paid a booking amount of 45k on Oct 15th, which I asked the Project Manager Mr. Vinodh not to process for booking as I wanted to get some property related details. The garbage dumping area of this flat is right below our house moreover our kitchen
It is impossible to stay here because of flies and smell
The loading unloading is done right below our house
On contacting the team they asked us to show a disposal place!
Which is brilliant because it was neither made with our consent nor informed before being made
Gave us a house took the money now just being blind to...

I applied for Indian CDC renewal (sticker) on Feb-28 2023. My application has been approved, but till now I got the same status "application approved". It has been more than 15 days. No further update is showing about when my CDC will be "Dispatched"
Please guide me if there is anything I can do to speed up or please assist me to resolve the concern

I had cancel my flat ABlock 108 in Sangam Grand on 22nd August 2022 as due to my job gone I sent multiple mails in the past several months on the cancellation and settlement of my funds for A block flat 108 with DS Max Sangam Grand, Bangalore. I didnot get any mail but I am requesting to close my loan and issue my funds back since August 2022 and there is no proper response at all I have not got my funds settled no response...

Hi,

I have sent multiple mails in the past several months on the cancellation and settlement of my funds for flat 604 with DS Max Skycity Bangalore. I got one reply stating that it would be settled by end of July 2022. It's past July I have not got my funds settled no response to my mails or phone calls. I would like my funds settled ASAP before I go with the legal proceedings and post it on social media. Appreciate if this could be looked into on priority.

Ds Max Sahara flat was booked and not processed the loan due to negligence by loan manager. Now it's almost 100 days over still my amount is not refunded. Called up multiple times to Helpdesk, CRM team. But they not responding to my calls.

Required action on urgent basis.

The outlet pipe for our Kitchen sink is faulty and so the water is leaking into our walls and also into the kitchen ceiling and walls of the Flat 309 which is below my Flat 409.
We have tried with Plumber to rectify but still problem is not resolved because it seems that the pipes going from our kitchen sink are damaged internally and we are unable to find the fault.
Kindly help to send you team to rectify this issue at the earliest.

Following are the problems we are facing:
1. The terrace is full of cracks
2. The walls are full of cracks.
3. The bathroom doors are rotting

This is a project which has been approved by SBI and OC/CC approved and RERA approved.

Housing in Bangalore is a fraud. One never knows which builder is genuine and which...

Im Lokesh Hegde from Ds Max Senorita Apartment (009) Gidadakonenahalli area, I/We facing the issues that, The inside Wall of the Building is quality less, almost all Residents walls are getting Ruined because of no proper pipe lines in the bathrooms and not properly fixed Tiles. and some one's house Rain water is coming inside through the wall, we had complained lot of times still there is no proper response, which you people have appointed they are useless and skipping from there responsibility for every time, apart from this still lot of issues are there if you people responded properly than we can raise the Voice.

I had a great expectations from ds-max, but bcoz of modification team our work is on hold from past many months just fan point need to change where drawing was wrong and installation was wrong and we have been trying mr. Suhas and mr ranjith but they are least bothered to respond to our emails, and phones,.in dsmax no management is taking care if there customers after making payments for each and everything we need to visit office and waste min 5 hrs our precious time, but work will not done, i request management to take this issue seriously and teach team how to handle the cases and resolve issues. We are regretting why did we buy property in ds-max.

Recently I had taken flat from this company. And the service is worse from all the departments. There is no value of their commitment. For everything they will charge extra money.
In the booklet, they will show all big commitments, eg. Branded sanitary wares and German switch boards. But in reality they provide some cheap materials.
They will bound people to do interior from them, but quality is very bad.
All over it is a worst and waste company to go for a flat with.

Never take a flat from DS-MAX. Only the price shown is less, but at the end you pay more because if their cheating behaviour on all the aspects, starting from maintenance charge to interior charge

Previous complaints fell on deaf ears. No response to my mails. I, m the owner of the flat # 016 DS MAX Sheltons Apartments Mallathahalli Bengaluru. My flat flooded with toilet, drain and bathroom waters before I opened the main door for the first time. The water at the knee level damaged all the doors and furniture. Contacted builder. They responded after 6 months. They then arranged for repair engaging un skilled plumbers who never knew the source of leakage. They patched up the surface and closed. The leakage still persists. Still we are living in this environment causing damage to the life of walls and our health. We are suffering from allergy disease. Tho photos taken are uploaded here with that speaks the ugly state of affairs. Now I claims the damage done both to the property and our health.

In my previous complains I requested the builder to immediately address the issue but in vain. Before I enforce the provisions as per RERA Act 2016, I am preparing for the pre enforcement provisions.

Updated by Vishwanath Kalashetty No response to earlier complaints mails. Poor faulty plumbing resulted in leakage of walls with dirty, drain and toilet water ever since occupation of the flat. Despite repeated visits, sms, mails and telephonic calls the builder maintains dereliction in duties and abdication of responsibilities. My all calls fell on deaf ears. We are still living in this flat effecting seriously our health. There are frequent hospitalisations due to chronic allergies. There is also loss of property, furniture, doors. Doctors warned against severe deceases should i continue to live in this flat. There is one more risk of passing electricity current into wet walls. A temporary repairs done some 6 months ago did not delivered as they patched it up and closed without tracing the source of leakage. What dr k. V, the property builder is doing?. He is advertising in daily news papers asking feed back. He never opened the feed backs. I at this claims a ₹ 20 lakhs for the loss of health and prosperity. A photos attached herewith which speaks the truth.
