I bought an hyndai eon on 23/1/2017. What i was promised was a car of make december 2016 and what i got was of make march 2016. There was no make month information in any sales document like the performa invoice/tax invoice/vehicle delivery form/customer booklet etc. I came to know the make from the rc book which was delivered to me after 20 days of delivery of the car. Basically i did not get a fair deal. The car was 9 months old and was used as a demo/show piece in the showroom and i did not get any significant discount considering the age of the car. Basically it belongs to the last financial year[protected] and i got it in jan 2016 and by that time it is 10 months old. I raised this issue with the dealer the moment i came to know the make month from the rc book but the dealer is not obliging to give me any compensation considering the age of the car. The make month was not revealed to me during the sales process and hence this complaint. Was this information helpful? |
