DSL Packers and Movers — Cheating consumer of money and acting like goondas

Very Very Very...worst out of worst service... There is no rating for this packers.. We also shifted goods from Pune to Bangalore.. They are cheaters and We have the same experience as you all guys about goods damage, their behavior about payment, call divert when contacting. They are not commitable.

They also opened my closed & locked bag and theft my rupees & gold (placed very well), and upon contacting them about this, they took their hands up. They delivered me damaged goods, furniture. They also lost my two cartons containing kitchen items. So, not recommending them by any ways.

BEWARE OF THIS DSL MOVERS & PACKERS.. THEY ARE CHEATER AND BIGGGG THIEF.. SO, PLEASE BEWARE.

I have used DSL PACKERS & MOVERS in Oct-15 for Shifting my TWO WHEELER from Pune to Chennai. One of the worst services i have ever made. They Promised me for 3500/- while quoting but during the lifting they started asking 4000/- and the deliver was promised 4 days and actual delivery happened in 20 days.

DSL people are so cheap that they Lied about my two wheeler saying "Your vehicle is dispatched on day-2 but on day-6 i was told one of the persons in DSL met with an accident so he was unable to dispatch the vehicle from Pune and they delivered my two wheeler to Chennai on 20th Day in Nov-15". That too one of persons delivered by driving by himself for about 20kms which i did not like".

I shifted from Pune to Hyderabad these people cheated me steal my LCD, one bed part, one wooden table. When ask for recovery sharma named. Person abused me "madarchod and bhenchod" is this a way u treat customer. All are gundas. They even didn't. Sent people. For unloading I paid for it. Worst packers request to don't opt for this packers.

Gundas bad people abuses their customer if we ask for recovery. Of loss. My 6200 rs has not been given to me. I lost my LCD, wardrobe is destroyed. Bedpart is stolen. One wooden table is stolen and people are abusing when I call for. Recovery is this a way to deal like this.

I called DSL packers and movers for transferring my goods from pune (maharastra) to Erode (Tamilnadu).They packed everything in 27th 0ctober 2015 . but they partially delivered my goods.They didn't deliver my LED T.v which Cost Rs.52, 145 and 2 mattress which cost Rs.25000.i called them every day but they are still telling we will deliver in 5 days.but now 4 months going to be completed.Still they are not delivering.

this is the worst packers and movers.please don't choose this packers.

I shifted from Pune to Bangalore as DSL seemed very reliable. Now has been 5 daysafter the promised delivery date, my goods haven't arrived. First day they said truck broke down. Second day they dragged saying morning, noon, night, third day they said they are city outskirts, will arrive at night. Now none answering the call. Am going the police. Do not trust. They are fraud.

Hi all, My Name is Arjun Mathur I Used To Work For IBM India, I recently moved from Mumbai to Bangalore, Its not the first time I have used packers & movers for the movement, However my past few experience dealing with packers & movers companies were not delightful or rather I must say it was an horrifying experience, But lets not get into the past, This Time one of my friend suggested me to use DSL Express Packers And Movers for the movement as he used their service for moving from Bangalore to Pune and said the service was good but also told me that to keep one point contact of Mr Amarjeet Varma . Now After reading all the previous reviews also I see the same thing mentioned by few people to keep in touch with Mr Amarjeet Varma . Firstly I would like to discuss about the drawbacks of the company, I called them about 5-6 times to visit my place and give me the quotation, but none turned up saying they were to busy or saying the timings don't suit them finally I Mailed them and requested Mr Amarjeet Varma To visit my place personally . He gave me the quotation and he was very confident about the service quality provided by DSL, interms of packing and delivery .The Move went very smooth packers who came to pack were very efficient and quick to pack the things and load them, they started the work at 10 in the morning and were done by 6 in the evening, I got the delivery of goods in 3 days Mr Kuldeep Sharma and Mr Rajesh are 2 more people I would like to discuss about, They were from the Pune office who came to help me the things rearrange and to get the payment, Both of them are very courteous and helpful . After the work was complete Mr Amarjeet Varma called me up asked me about the service if I was satisfied, which usually you dont see in this kind of industry, which triggered me to write this review . It obvious when some one does a good work you should appreciate it so they keep doing the good job . I Thank DSL Express Packers & Movers for such good job and also would like to suggest them to be a little more responsive towards visiting the customtakeouters place and to give customtakeouters a little more time .

Terrible, worst service...Recently we used services of DSL packers and movers to move things to chennai . While confirming the order, they confirmed that this will reach in a week. But it reached chennai after 40 days after innumerable number of calls... Whenever called, they kept giving different excuses. The office address mentioned in their invoice is closed. Finally after so many calls and follow up, we came to know that the consignment was sent in van carrying items which was not authorised and this caused delays...Terrible terrible experience and mental agony caused by them..

This Is The First time I used packers and mover service . I had heard a lot of things about packers and movers like few things dont reach and when they reach its I worst condition but thankful to my service provider everything went fine .

Very satisfied with service provided by DSL Express Packers And Movers, Moved from Mumbai to Hyderabad, packing was very fine and my household things and my car was delivered as promised by people from DSL Express Packers, the staff in Pune was also very courteous . price was also reasonable compared to other companies

I am Kuldeep Sharma Moved from Pune to Hyderabad, there were not many things to be moved . But wanted every thing to be safe .i did some research about good packers and movers, And found DSL packers as one of the reliable company in this sector, contacted DSL packers by posting my requirement on their website the response was very quick they called me in about 20 mins .i had only one Karizma bike and few utensils and clothes to be moved to Hyderabad they gave me a quotation over the phone and same day they were able to pick the goods, I wanted the delivery to be quick as I wanted my bike to find a new house in Hyderabad, so I specifically told them to make the delivery asap .

I shifted my goods on Wednesday and I got a call at about 7 on friday from one of their Hyderabad executive saying if I would like to get the delivery done now . I asked them if they can do the delivery on same day it will be helpful, and about 9 0 clock I got my stuff delivered in good condition, was not much of goods only a bike and 4 carton boxes, But I was very happy to see their quick and prompt service and the people involved in the complete process starting from packing to delivery were very good .

Service is worst.

They broke my LED tv.lost 12000 rs.. Why didn i saw this post early

I was moving from pune to chennai, my stuff majorly had all household items like kitchen, clothes and stuff but no furniture .
They gave me a reasonable quote and so I fixed a date and time to come n pick up the stuff .
Well 03 guys came with very small cartons . An average size carton would double of what they brought in . Obviously it was a trick just to increase the number of cartons to further increase the price . They entered our house and all 3 went in diff rooms and started throwing stuff in a very unorganised manner when even we were not present in the room .
Me and my mother in law were alone to pack as my husband has moved earlier .
We told the guys to wait until we come but they kept throwing things in the carton .

I had folded the clothes well so they occupy less space and also are taken care of but I saw one guy he was opening the clothes including my mother in laws sarees and putting them . It was a very clear picture of creating extra boxes .

I usually move every two years as I have a transferrable job and take a furnished house . So it's just clothes and kitchen for me to move .
These guys mis managed so much that my cartons which shud have not been more than 12 moved to a number of 35 .

The kitchen items were packed so carelessly that half of my crockery broke and all the pickles and other stuff fell open .my daughters cycle came broken .

Moreover my stuff was picked up on April 1st 2016, I was told it will reach on April 04th .although I dint believe the date and assumed it to reach at least by 7th .

My stuff reached chennai after 12 days .
Imagine me with my 3 year old daughter and old mother in law with just one bag of some clothes and basic utensils .

When I called chennai office on 8th I was told that my stuff has not even started from pune . Then wat was the stuff doing till April 8th when it was packed on April 1st.

I was charged extra stating that my truck would be an individual truck and so it will be on time .
I called up pune and no one answered for so long. I called from a different number and he picked up and then gave me another shock that ur stuff is picked up but is in Bangalore warehouse ... Doing wat I don't know .


Finally on 13th I got a call to take the delivery to which I said that I am at work and if they could deliver after 5 as I had no prior info of the stuff reaching .

They said Ido don't take the delivery we will put the stuff in our warehouse and will be charged 1500 extra for one night.

Well it's been 10 years and I move every two years . I have always used Agarwal packers .
I read the reviews of DSL and hired them. It was a nightmare .

I would recommend families not to use them . Also the guys who load and unload ask for extra money inspire of we already paying them since there were 3 of the I gave them 300 rupees to which they said they need at least 1000... Again I don't know why and for wat .

Very polite staff and efficient service providers. Even my plants were carried with utmost care as I requested. Thanks for your service. Worth it and I would recommend it to all who want to transfer their goods in an absolutely sound condition. Proper bills and details were provided at promised period

Worst service from DSL, they are like goondas and cheaters. Very unprofessional. They didn't bring their proper cartoons for packing. First we had a discussion that in the tempo they will bring only my luggage but later they have bring another bike (which they say this is for office) .

Most important thing that when they arrive all of them were drunk (including of driver).

My advise dont go to this service, ( most of the positive comments are from them only if you check properly)

Go for pure professional movers and packers such as Agrawal as they might charge you more but they there will be no tension atleast.
