1. They booked my bike from pune to delhi (Rs. 7500+365)
2. Delivery was door to door.
At pune packing was good, and they took the bike same day and shipped 1 week later. (Till here i was ok)
3. My bike reached gurugram in 5 days after shipment, now where the problem begins.
4. Instead of delivering my bike to mentioned address they rode my bike to mentioned address, even though i didn't provide them the key, the key made a key for my bike and rode it to destination.

Unauthorized access to package.
Mode of transportation was not mentioned and ridding my bike without my permission that too when we asked for packers and movers

Recently moved from pune to hyderabad and hired dsl for packing, shifting and unpacking. However, couple of days before the shifting, the price is hiked by rs. 10000 and they promised next day delivery. Packing was done and the vehicle sent for shifting looked like a garbage vehicle. Finally they moved the goods to another vehicle. I had to frequently followp on the whereabouts of the vehicle. They delivered after long followps (Around midnight). There were no people for unpacking. I had to do it myself along with 1 driver and 1 attendant. They did not assemble the beds (Which were disassembled for packing). Some of the items are also missing after mid route change of vehicle. When i called them back, they said, they did not miss anything (As per their list) and there is nothing they can do. Worst service ever. I have never faced such a situation (I have moved 5 times across states so far and it has been satisfactory with other packers until this one). Please avoid dsl if possible for your next movement.

They promised me to shift all my stuffs from gurgaon to noida on 31st march 2019 and they gave me quotation for the same. Accordingly we planned and told the room owner that we are vacating on 31st march 2019. But on 30th they called and denied the service and said you want the service, pay more 5k rupees.
I was left with no option as i somebody else was shifting on very same day in my room.

Never trust these cheaters.

I have booked goods movement through DSL packers and movers from pune to bhubaneswar on 24 nov 2016 (bill no LR/264). One Girl lady bird cycle not delivered while transporting from Pune to Bhubaneswar during delivery of goods around 30 nov. The cycle costed me Rs 5500. DSL also charged Rs 5880 as insurance fee but not provided valid document for insurance on goods delivery as promised. Opon calling executive, ([protected], [protected]) the executive gives abusive language denting sentiment. some time he express to collect it from pune and other time he says to collect from near by location. Total refundable claimed to be 11380 plus penalty and interest. I have all valid documents to prove. Paid total fee of[protected] as cash and 28000 cheque axis bank no 412726 taken in unknown individual name).

These thieves rced me to make a 1000 rs. Insurance for the r15 bike i wanted to transfer from pune to nagpur. They took a total of 3850 rs. For home to home delivery. The helmet was also included in it.
On the delivery date, i was informed that the bike has reached nagpur and i'll have to go 25 kms from my home to the godown to take the bike. I complained that the money i paid was for door to door delivery.
This kicked off a steing of calls from our side which finally ended when the pune person yelling at me on phone and acting as if he has done a favor for me transporting my bike.
I realized that my bike is out there amidst theives and i quickly went and took my bike. The bike was not in the godown but a nearby square. I also had to give 100 rs. To the driver as he said that he had been stopped by a policeman and charged 100 rs. As traffic fine.
The cherry on the top? The thieves didn't send my helmet along with the bike as they had promised. To my horror, he also didn't send the insurance papers and kept telling me that it's validity was only for 15 days. Everyone knows that the insurance has atleast a validity of 1 year.

This was a hprrible experience with these thieves called dsl packers and movers.
I would suggest all of you to be aware of these theives and never try to book such kind of transportation services from them as you will have to pay more than what was promised by them and they will also not take care of your belongings. I'm putting this message on as much forums as i can so that s possible new customer of them knows in advance what he or she is getting into.

I have used DSL PACKERS & MOVERS to shift my two wheeler from Pune to Chennai in Oct-2015. I received a Quote of 3500/- and delivery in 4 days. But in actual it got delivered in 16 days and they hiked the Quote to 4000/- (500/- Mathadi Charges) which they did not mentioned while providing quote.

So you see How UNPROFESSIONAL, CHEAP, DISORGANIZED, ASKING MORE MONEY while lifting the bike.. This was one of the best-est experience to learn from and rate them minus infinity (bad/worse). WORST PaRT my two wheeler was driven by a unknown person for about 20 kms for delivering it to me instead of bringing in a truck or a Tempo.
