I'm SIVA S from Tamil Nadu work from Agartala military camp i send 80 kg household items in a trunk box from Bangalore to Agartala on 24 Jun 2025, via train no 12503 SMVB-Agartala name Agartala Humsafar express. The parcel, with SLR NO 197882/C was dispatched at 10:15 AM on to be delivered by 27 Jun 2025 however, it hasn't been delivered yet. due to a landslide on the Guwahati to Agartala route, all trains were canceled, and my parcel was unloaded. in DSW train cargo movers in Bangalore, they said there couldn't send it and that i would have to pay an extra 1500 to get it delivered to Agartala. they gave me the dealer's number in Guwahati, and when i called him, he said he wouldn't send my box unless i paid 1500, and that it would stay there otherwise. it's been 10 days, and my box is still there. when i asked them, they rudely said, complain wherever you want, we can't do anything. they said they'll send it Tomorrow if i pay 1500, otherwise not. they've also blacklisted all my phone calls. i don't even know if my things are still there. i paid already in phone pay in Bangalore to Agartala
