DTC — Bus didn't stop at bus stop point

I would like to lodge a complaint against the bus driver of bus number 543
The driver didn't stop at the bus stop even though a lot of passagers were waving at him he made eye contact and moved forward.
This sort of behaviour creates inconvenience to everyone.
The bus plate was DL 1PD 3573.
This sort of behaviour should be taken carefully.
