Students have applied for DTC pass in their school three months ago and the school, Hansraj Model School, Road no 73 Punjabi bagh has issued list of students vide their letter no 53174 dt 02.09.14 but the approval from scindia house is being awaited at Wazirpur depot for issuing the pass to students.
When being asked for latest information the dtc pass issuing staff misbehaves with the guardian and students.
What is the proper procedure for issuing pass to students? Shall it not be made more easy so that they can avail the benefit sooner than the required lost time and money of their parents.
