[Resolved]  DTC Delhi — SUB-I want enquiry regarding ticket checker and conductor

Dear sir /madam
i have complaints against dtc conductor in bus route medical faridabad DL1P B-3108. i was traveling by this bus at 5.30 pm from lajpat nagar. conductor refued to give me the tickets and shotting on me because i asked him for ticket. he told me" chu pse batho ya uhar jao" he was taking very rudly. 2 week before same person was doing same thing in same bus. pls take the explanation why he can behave like this . he was telling" thmhre bap ka bus nahi hai" pls take action for it .If a person is not able to deal effectively in public dealing, why is in this position. pls check this person he does it daily with passangers those going with horrable bus.

iam rajinder pal singh walia residence of dwarka.me and my friends waiting for the bus route no801 on 22july2009 at surjamal college c-4 janak puri at 1:50 pm.the bus come and driver avoid the stand, the bus didnt stop.bus no is DL 1C 0949. i have to go in dwarka court for some urgent meeting.due to this i have to suffer a lot.so i request u to plz take the neccessary step against the driver and conductor.i shall be very thankful to u.my contact no is [protected]

With ref to bus running under Guru Nanak public school, pushpanjali enclave rout.no1, this bus belong to nangloi depot most of the time the bus is out of order or running late and comes after 8.00am when school timing has gone as the school timing of raja park and srinagar area is around 7.30 am, so kindly look into the mattera nd take some serious action regarding the same.

I and most of the passenger mainly male passenger feel that in the DTC buses and the department staff off DTC treated male passenger as a animals by many ways and we all know how that is:-
-Not stop the busses at their stand when there is one or two male passenger are waiting or the male student waiting for the bus near the college or school but same is not happening with female ones.
-Saying wrong words or abuse any male passenger.
-Providing sheet to female by standing male passenger when he already seated to that seat even same amount is to be charged by both for buying a fair ticket. Many times women says wrong words and forced men to left the seat for her when He is seated with his wife, sister or mother It is to be an insult for the men. Which brings a feeling that i was commited a crime on seating a place where it is written only for ladies.
I wrote this for the DTC staff and the other to take the necessary action regarding it.
and made the journey of the people easy and comfortable.

DTC CONDUCTOR — REGARDING TICKET

On 25th AUGUST 2011, I take DTC bus " DL 1P C 1398" .This is to inform that the DTC bus " DL 1P C 1398" bus no. 971 of the route "ANAND VIHAR to AVANTIKA Sec-1",I PICK BUS FROM madhuban chowk time:11 AM to 12AM. & give 20 RS. from ticket but conductor take money & did't give ticket to me. when I asked him to ticket he misbehaves.

Kindly look in to the matter

I am gaurav kumarand i am employee i daily make up down from noida to botenical garden metro station.
today the above mentioned route no bus having registeration no. as DL 1P B-2600, I am so disappintoted.this bus conduuctor is mantal.

Today on 30/6/2013 I was travelling in bus route number 306 (Kalyanpuri to Nehru Place) at 6.48pm (Bus No. DL1P 8244). When the bus reached at Gurudwara bus stand (which is after Sarai Kale khan) 4 persons stop the bus and comes in bus and started checking tickets. when I have saw the person some I feel that they are false checkers and I asked their duty card and Identity card. This fellow give me one A4 size paper with four folds, I read and found that this was only Pehchan patra. Suddently he said that I am not a checker but these fellows (other threes) are ticket checkers. One of from threes comes to me and said yes what happened then I again put the same question show me your duty card he showed me only little one pehchan patra only and get down the bus. I have seen so many times these type of fellows at Millennium bus depot bus stand in night and also at Gurudwara bus stop in day time and evening time. I think these fellows are only dtc karamchari only not ticket checkers. Kindly look into the matter because peoples does not know about it.

I think that you instruct the conductor that those are real ticket checkers He allow to check but if they are not ticket checkers conductor do not allow thin to check.

This complaint regarding of ticket checker:- Today i travel in DTC bus rout No:- 761 GREEN BUS

आज सुबह मैंने सरसवती विहार से दस रुपए की टिकट ली और मई शालीमार बाग उतर गया
वहां पर पहले से ही मजूद (टिकट चेकर ) ने टिकट माँगा मैंने दिखा दिया ..

उन्होंने कहा ये टिकट अशोक विहार मोर तक ही था जब की टिकट आज़ादपुर तक की थी
उन तीनो ने मुझे घेर लिया और मुझ से दो सो रुपए देने को कहा मैंने कहा की टिकट आज़ादपुर तक ह तो
उन्होंने कहा की तू जयादा जनता है क्या कहा तक की है

उसके बाद उनमे से एक ने मेरी तलासी ली और मेरा फ़ोन ले लिया और दूसरे ने मेरा बैग ले लिया उन्होंने मेरे बैग में से दो सो रुपए निकल लिए
ये सब जबदस्ती हुआ मेरा इतना मना करने क बाद भी

उसके बाद उनमे से एक ने मुझे एक स्लिप पकड़ा दी जो की पहले से ही किसी और की थी जिस पर किसी और का नाम लिखा था
जो नाम मुझे भी समझ नहीं आ रहा था और वो स्लिप बस रूट :- 861 की थी

मैंने कहा इस पे मेरा नाम नहीं है तो कहने लगे तेरे काम आएगी रख ले उस से कुछ नहीं होता है सारी बसों में चलेगा
मै सर आपसे विनती करता हूँ की आप इनके खिलाप करवाई करे आज मुझे लूटा ह कल किसी और को कब तक चलेगा ऐसा हमारी कोई गलती नहीं

क्यों गरीब को लूटा जा रहा
वो पैसा तो सरकार की जेब में भी नहीं गया क्या यही डीटीसी है जो ऐसा काम करती है
और फिर कहती है हम घाटे में चल रहे है

बस सर आपसे हाथ जोड़ कर विनती है उनके खिलाफ करवाई की जाये
वो टिकट चैकर शालीमार बाग स्टैंड पे ही खड़े होते है
मुझे उनका नाम तो नहीं पता पर उन्होंने जो स्लिप दी है मै उसे अटैच्ड कर रहा हूँ

आशा है आप उनके खिलाप करवाई करेंगे

Today i am going to office. B block stand mangol puri 4 checker check my pass but my pass expired on 20/07/2017. so i give him fine pay 200/- on checker mr. karan singh give me fine slip but worng my name in slip so i asked can you edit / correct my name name in slip so four all checker Misbehaves and harassment with me and give me threat they caught my shirt colar and beat me and go to police chowki. i request you sir pls immediately action as soon as possible.
