DTC — never drop at the place of dropping

I am the resident of sector 22 rohini. My problem is this that dtc buses route no 957 never drop us at terminal they drop us 1 km far from terminal. We have to cover entire route on foot because there is no other transport available. Today bus nodl-1pc 1242 at 12:45 did the same act an old man requested to drop him at proper place but he refused. Kindly take the method seriously.

With due respect sir I am regular passenger of D.T.C. 882-A route from narela to Uttam Nagar. My complaint is about the improper punctuation of the bus some time bus is too late and on Sunday no bus available directly for Uttam Nagar. Please arrange the bus for Uttam Nagar on Sunday ..

We were traveling on the gt road karnal at 5:30near adarsh nagar, a dtc bus no DL-IPC 5786 was being driven recklessly and rashly by driver .he might let to some road rash accident leading to serious injuries or death .so please look into the matter.
