DTC — Refund request

Dtc buses are free for women despite this i was charged rs 200 fine today on 2nd Oct 2023. How can the ticket checker charge fine when buses are free for women. Ticket no is 29779. Slip no is 970161.bus no is 9686. Route no is 199. I hope to get a refund soon.
