Sir i like to say that courier person asking to come and collect your item before 23 km. He not able to give item on address and he return back that is too bad. I attached photo of they return the delivery back plz check it.

DTDC while shipping takes so much charges for shipping and Delivery but their employees do not deliver the Parcel at home. They fool the people by taking delivery charges but during Delivery time they ask to go to office and pick up the parcel. Just saving the Petrol prices given by the company for their own purpose
If you are not able to do home delivery then why take charges for it.

This Complaint is for DTDC Faizabad Center (Near Maqbara) 224001. Please take action against them. They always do the same.
If you do not go to center then they mark it Undelivered and Return Back the parcel.

I have a parcel with dtdc courier consignee no P58214181 name as Sgt Bablu Kumar. Parcel reached nearest distribution office on 09 jul 21 . No one try to delivered the parcel and when I tracked the parcel it's showing not delivered due to gate closed but nobody was contacted.when I m trying to call no one taking the call in vimannagar Pune office.sir plz do needful for me it's urgently required.thanku

Hello, my name is natalie and i got my parcel in broken condition which was sent from mysore to dharamkot ( himachal pradesh ) .. thus is the bill number D65809169...rakesh is the name of mysore office guy...its been two weeks that i am trying to talk with this guy but nothing is happening and i am very disappointed by this latebcak attitude...my suitcase is broken from so many places .i have sent rakesh all.the pictures and bill copy of suitcase and amount .. please do the needful asap...waiting for your revert

I had booked a courier to trichur from madurai on 6th july 2021 (D[protected]. till date i did not get the delivery. Normally it will take two days. now it is 5 days, very bad service from your side. please take necessary action in this regard and deliver the item as early as possible.

Last 2 days, no update from delhi samalkha apex.

It is most emergency consignment, also it is in air mode.
Air mode cargo also very poor response to their customer.

I have sent a courier on 2nd of July and today's date is 10th of July but still the courier is not delivered. Also not able to reach any one in the customer care and no one is responding to messages and emails.

Kindly use only Professional courier or ST courier and dont use DTDC at any cost.

The shipment with tracking number D[protected], packet picked from me on 26th June and not delivered to destination Bangalore till date 9thJuly2021. I have not received any feedback regarding the postion of my packed or shipment. As per the information the new tracking number was given to my packet as D[protected] by a company person named Ajay kumar with phone number [protected]. The website www.dtdc.in is not giving updated position of my shipment. It is almost not possible to get answer to my queries on your tracking number[protected]. I am Nitin Chawla, a resident of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
The parcel was booked from Mumbai on 15th June for Dehradun ( recipient : My Wife - Neha Chawla).Extra money was paid for the premium tatkal service.

The parcel is not yet delivered to me.Inspite of number of calls and requests to Dehradun, Prem Nagar, DTDC office and speaking to head in-charge Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jha ( Mob no - [protected]), no cooperation and support was shown to me and today I was informed that the parcel is lost and they are unable to track it.

This is very unprofessional as we put our trust in you and let our valuables transferred through your service.

I would like you to investigate about my package and please inform me regarding the same.

Consignment sent from kampur on 23 June 2021 vide No.D86710453 till date not yet delivered. How many times take for delivery. I think pers reach destination i.e Patna by foot in 6-7 days. DTDC services is fast?

My courier is showing status as "not delivered " due to incomplete or wrong address. But my address is correct only. Then why is my parcel not reaching me? Please sort out this situation.
