DTDC Lite — Product has not been delivered to valid place still status is being displayed "delivered successfully"

Hello,

I have sent some books and earphone from kolkata to jabalpur (deliver address) through dtdc lite on 18 oct 2016

Awb/ consignment number - k91791608

I m tracking status of that product its being displayed "deliver successfully" on 22 oct 2016.

Issue is - product has not been delivered to valid address and i tried to calling customer care (which is located nagpur) but i did nt get any valid answer.

Please kindly solve my problem
