Dear Sir,

I sent a luggage through DTDC lite and this guy named Vijay registered on Just dial and sulekha has taken my luggage of 10kgs with Rs 5000 for transportation and he has not delivered the luggage to me and he is not giving me my tracking number.

This luggage was sent from BTM layout, Bangalore to Staffordshire, United Kingdom. I later realised after a week that the Consignment number he has given is used with someone else and nor he is giving my luggage nor my money back. He has given me the above consignment number(in subject) with DTDC lite reciept and nor he is responding to me well. I am really in need of help. Please assist me as I have my valuable documents and items in that. Firstly, he said it might be stuck in customs but if it is stuck in customs UK authorities or Indian airport authorities can call me as I have my number on package everywhere then he told me that luggage is still in India. He is playing with me and beating around the bus everyday. I request you to take strict action against this person and DTDC as he is assosciated with them and anyone just cant get affiliated with DTDC with wrong reciepts and wrong consignment numbers. I have my important documents especially my report cards in the luggage and I am very much n need of it.
