We bought dish tv hd with 3 years non-stop pack subscription plan on25th july, order no.8554 & after a month received a call from dth asking to renew our titanium plan. When we told them we have bought a 3yrs non-stop pack they say they dont have any such plan & so we need to renew the plan. We lodged a complaint in their customer care. Did all that they asked us to do like email them the complaint then print, scan and then email our order receipt etc. Then we received a call which could not be heard due to lots of disturbance in the line. And then we receive a message that issue has been resolved and our account was deactivated. Since then we have been calling their customer care centre so many times but no one knows anything, no one answers properly, they dont know their own plans. Its more than a month now we are out of service and its so frustating. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, dth connect company talk to me to install new connection within one day of online booking but he take 3 days but not installed. So plz refund our money
