Ducat — Formal Complaint Regarding Gen AI Course Training Delays and Mismanagement

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Gen AI course I enrolled in at Ducat Greater Noida Extension branch in September 2025, which was promised to be completed within 9 months. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by repeated disruptions, poor communication, and inconsistent training quality.

• My Python and SQL classes initially started with trainer Amit, but he left the institute suddenly, resulting in a one-month gap in classes.
• Despite continuous follow-ups, I had to self-study Python and SQL due to delays.
• Later, trainer Ritesh was assigned for Machine Learning, but the quality of training was unsatisfactory, and I requested a change.
• Subsequently, trainer Raman conducted my Advanced Python and ML classes, which were going fine. However, these classes also stopped suddenly when Raman joined another Ducat branch.
• There was no prior intimation from Ducat regarding this change, and I had to wait for a week before contacting the institute myself. Only then was I informed that a new trainer would be arranged.

This repeated disruption has caused significant delays in my learning, broken the continuity of the course, and created unnecessary stress. The lack of communication and accountability from Ducat has been highly disappointing.

I request Ducat to:

1. Provide a clear plan and schedule for the remaining course modules.
2. Ensure continuity of trainers without further disruption.
3. Compensate for the lost time and missed classes, either by extending course validity or offering additional support.

I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
