I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Gen AI course I enrolled in at Ducat Greater Noida Extension branch in September 2025, which was promised to be completed within 9 months. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by repeated disruptions, poor communication, and inconsistent training quality.

I enrolled my child there to enhance his skills and I 28 k as a one time payment for entire course in the meanwhile my husband met to the accident and got bedridden for two years as per doctor statement and my child is assisting his for business and all talking care of his father as per circumstances going on he is not able to attend the course classes for next two years that's why I'm asking refund from ducat on medical grounds and I all shown them MLC AND MEDICAL REPORT of my husband but they completely denied for refund.please help me out in this matter to get back our hard earned money

I have joined for Android course even after wasting my 5 month they hardly organized 2-3 classes and now there is no class as trainer left . I asked them to refund my money or give me other course but they are no listening any thing . I have wasted my money and time both. They just do well when anyone want to take admission once they collect money from you they dont care anything. They just running business to spoil student carrier.
After joining here I came to know there are like many students who paid money but not getting training.
Just beware of this fake institute.

I am writing this message as a request to please refund my iOS course fees i.e. Rs 12000. As institute of Noida sec -16 promised me to start my course on 8th of May but till yet institute is not able to arrange the same and in addition 2-3 teachers has been changed which is not suitable for a student future and mindset too. And it's my humble request to return my fees as soon as possible, as it's the matter of my future. Help me out in this matter. Thank you!

My experience with DUCAT was very bad. And the experience of all the people in my group was also very bad. We had joined DUCAT for the Digital Marketing course. But we neither got any course on that nor was given any placement. DUCAT is not an institute, it is a fraud company, which to rob money from children. Joining DUCAT was the biggest mistake of my life. I would request all of you to beware of this fraud.

I joined Pitampura office for digital marketing training but in the middle trainer left the job. Than they did't return the fee and didn't arrange new faculty.

I joined duccat ethical hacking course and submitted fees of 17000 after completion of level 1. Now they are not starting classes of level. On every call they say " tomorrow " " tomorrow ". And this is not a valid response. I have details of payment to their employees who took my admission. Name :- priyanka Thakur, she also gave me the receipts but I loose three receipts but the whatsapp chat Screen shot is a proof that I got all the receipts And the transaction screen shots also. I want 7000 fee of level 2 as refund.

Yeh haram-jade placement ke name pe logo ka chutiya kaatte hai. The companies that comes for placement will ask to submit your original douments or hire you as a trainee and give no salary. The infrastructure is worst. Teachers are less knowledgeable also companies are mostly fake. Inn randi ke chelon ko iss baat se koi fark nahi padhta ki candidates ka placement ho raha hai ki nahi. Inn mather-chodo ko buss cndidates se hone wali earning se matlab hai. Saale saare hi bahan-chod hai. Inn logo se sirf certificate hi mill sakta hai.

This is regarding the fees paid for java+android course. I was told that the course together will be ended by 6 months altogether, but it took me a year for java course to finish under sachin sir batch. Now i don't wish to continue the android course anymore, but the institute will not refund my remaining 9000rs (18000rs was paid for both course) saying that i have to do any course from the institute.
Also the same combination, of course, was for 11000rs in their faridabad institute but i was charged 18000rs in noida
I don't wish to continue at this institute and would like to get my remaining balance back!

I was promised by DUCAT institute in Noida that the "Java + Advanced Java + Spring + Hibernate etc" weekend course would take SIX MONTHS to finish so i immediately paid FIFTEEN THOUSAND RUPEES (1K registration + 14K fees) to Ducat institute in August end for the course, but now after 4.5 MONTHS I came to know that it would take 1.5-2.5 years.

It has been 4.5 MONTHS and MANISH SIR claims in class that - "Core Java has not even started yet". I did not join Ducat to learn OOPS concepts only but to learn Core Java + Advanced Java etc.

Vikas (the guy from Ducat who had enrolled me) had affirmed that the course would take 6 months. (PROOF ATTACHED)

Other students from my batch in DUCAT will also vouch for the fact that they were promised the weekend course would complete in 4-6 months. I have screen shot of conversation with other students. (2 PROOFS ATTACHED)

I commute from Malviya Nagar to Noida for the course and it costs me approximately Rs. 200 per trip every Sunday.

I want full refund for the course + other reparations because they made me join on the FALSE PREMISE that the entire course would finish in SIX MONTHS where as it has already been 4.5 MONTHS and a big majority of course is still pending. I have been cheated by DUCAT institute.

Ducat has stopped receiving my calls and they have not responded to my emails either.

Don't Waste your time in Ducat, its a fraud institute, and they always misbehaving ..
Once you submit your fees, then start seeing their real face ...
A person, who wearing a cap, is bloody batameez person ..

This complain for Ducat Noida sec-16, There is no fixed fee of courses. One student pay 13000 and another one pay 20000 for the same course. No lab no book material provided and class time only 20 to 25 mins weekdays or weekend both. They are not provide you 3hour class. They all said befor joining. I dont want to submit more fee. I submit 15000. Don't know how many students had hunt by ducat.

i have taken addmission in ducat noida in cisco certified network associate course(ccna). it was promised to be complete in 45 days but the took more than three months. when i complained about it, they started harrsing me mentally and said it is all your fault that you came so late for complaining about the delay. upto the period i had not given them the fees they daily asks me about the class but now they dont even ready to talk with me.
what coul i do?

iam totally fed up and the palcement guarantee they assured is not seeing anywhere. there is such scenario.

ducat is a not good insitute for industrial training in java
so all you guys attension there is a sir manish whoses name is very high but if you get class then you think about me he awas good
he is a bad sir he always inserting all guys who want to ask some qusition somthing

so guys dont got any java & J2EE industrial traning from DUCAT india LTD noida Sector 16

Ducat is a responsible company.Please dont relate it with saffron electronics ,Our emplyoees have taken Training from this company . It is important for company that company provide train their emplyees . many companies 's employee have taken gud knowledge from Ducat And we Give gud wishes for it....it is a prestige issue of this company ....saffron is UK based company...
