The partner of dunzo had not contacted me. When i tried to find out why he has not reached pick up location the support center also has not replied. The app shows partner has picked and reached location. This is total fraud by them. I was in urgent task so i use dunzo and their such behavior is leading to troubles and wastage of our time. I am not able to understand on what basis has he reached and complted the task. This has resulted in dispute between me and my client.
