On 08/02/2023 I have ordered Amul Butter, Bread and Egg through dunzo app. I have received an expired item. I am complaining against the company that why companies provide expired products to their customers especially when they are eatables. Such type of new startups or fraud companies playing with the health of people by supplying expired products. I think they are doing purposely for earning huge profits. I ordered groceries from dunzo app on 12th June 2022..…. I placed my order...i made my payment...rs.412... but later they cancelled the order... And payment has not been refunded yet...i waited for 7 working days... And whenever i visited the they shows the same messages...even i emailed them entire issue... It's been month and half...still no response...so please look into this issue sir......

The partner of dunzo had not contacted me. When i tried to find out why he has not reached pick up location the support center also has not replied. The app shows partner has picked and reached location. This is total fraud by them. I was in urgent task so i use dunzo and their such behavior is leading to troubles and wastage of our time.
