I ordered few items on 21st April of amount rs 770. One item of amount rs 594 was missing. I immidiately raised a complaint and the app asked me to send email. I did the same but no response from the support since over 24 hours. I tried raising multiple complaints and managed to talk to the support. The representative said my money will be refunded but then it has been over 7 days but no updates on the app regarding the refund status. I tried contacting again but the same issue.
