1. Description of the Issue:

On 28th January, I placed an order for document transfer via Dunzo, costing ₹310.

Due to a delay in assigning a delivery partner, I had to cancel the order.

I was informed that the refund would be processed within 5-7 working days, but even after multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been issued.

2. Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

I contacted Dunzo's customer support multiple times but received no satisfactory response or resolution.

Despite their acknowledgment of the delay, the refund is still pending.

3. Desired Resolution:

Immediate refund of ₹310 to my original payment method.

Compensation for the inconvenience caused by the unnecessary delay and poor customer support.

Hi Team,

This incident happened on the 11th of December 2024 between 2 PM - 4PM. I had couriered a small box which had a fitbit fitness tracker to my sister's residence. The Dunzo delivery boy went to the desired location and gave it someone else. When confronted, he is not aware of the details to whom he gave the parcel.

I have raised a support ticket and the also emailed to [protected]@dunzo.in
and [protected]@dunzo.com with the required details and none of them have replied yet.

The fitbit fitness tracker is around 8k INR. I would need a refund for the same

Problem:
I had placed an order for package delivery on Dunzo.com. The order never got picked so I cancelled the order. There were 2 orders placed by me on the same day priced 318 and 589, both were not picked, therefore cancelled.

Attempt:
I tried reaching out to their support but not help as it was an auto-generated text bot. They don't have a dedicated helpline number

Resolution:
Please request for a refund.

I am writing to report an urgent issue with my recent delivery bookings on July 26th, 2024.

I booked a prepaid delivery service for Rs. 82 at 10:58 AM. However, no delivery personnel were assigned, and I suspect no service ticket was generated.

Due to the urgency of the delivery, I booked another delivery request at 11:18 AM, again paying Rs. 82 upfront. Unfortunately, there seems to be no record of this booking either, and no service ticket was generated.

I have attached screenshots of both payments made to Dunzo Digital Private Limited for your reference.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and process a refund for the duplicate payment of Rs. 82. Additionally, please let me know if there's any way to ensure the delivery still happens at this time, or if I should rebook the service.

Delivery is supposed to be picked up from my address at Pimple Saudgar, Pune & Delivered at Aundh Pune.

Ihave downloaded your APP and using the services since couple of years. On[protected] I wanted to send an article to my relative and keyed in the necessary data and paid a SUM OF RS, 125/- as delivery charges as per your norms. The person concerned for delivery could NOT locate my address and is impatient to understand the description offered by me. He advised me to CANCEL the order which I followed accordingly. I got a message through APP the amount will be refunded in a week's time. NOW many weeks passed no refund received. Hi Team,

I have ordered 8 packets of cigarattes along with some other items, but when i received the items i was shocked to see only 6 packets being delivered. When i tried to reach out to them, they acknowledge the mistake but dont refund the money and they are clearly blaming the customers as liars. They are not even ready to do a conference call with the store because they know they have been doing malpractices to keep their business going. when you ask them a valid question, they just stop replying and does not even bother to tell anything.

They say that they have thoroughly investigated the case and order but does not even reply to the customer who has rights to know what has been done when because it is his money which they are doing fraud upon.

This is open fraud that the company is doing. Please help me.

I raised a courier service from point A to B, the delivery guy said he was not able to connect with the recepient, so they tried contacting me, my phone was also not reachable as I was not in a place of service so dunzo team decided to deliver the item back to me at point A however since my phone was not reachable the order was not completed, I understand this.. since the team was not able to get in touch with anyone they tried what ever was possible... As soon as I was able to connect with people on phone I tried calling everyone the delivery guy, tried reaching out to dunzo to resolve this, the delivery guy had no option but to wait for orders from the team, the chat service is the worst, we do not have any number to reach dunzo I told them on chat many times to ask someone to call me the chat is very frustrating..nobody called they wanted to solve the matter on chat they assigned a new delivery guy to pick up the order from the old guy and delivery to point A.. what dumbs!! if I am repeatedly telling them that I need to get this order delivered what does that mean? When I had raised a delivery request from A to B why will they send it to A... Before the cs team got involved they sent it to A bcoz the recipient was not reachable what was the reason for doing it now after I am asking them so many times... This was the biggest reason I told them to call me but they did not.. then finally I receive a call and the guy says contact customer service they will resolve it... WOW!! I am really amazed... Now this super talented rep of yours asks the delivery guy to give the courier back to the old delivery guy without even hearing me out... Such amazing team you have!!! I am really impressed... I will make sure to never ever in my life use dunzo again even if I have to pay someone extra... And your app is another gem... Such service will definitely take you guys to places!!!

On 11april 2023 i ordered groceries from dunzo but I received less item than ordered. They are not even refunding or delivering exact item

after some time it was shown as delivered. After calling delivery guy told address is not correct as you can see my orders history all the details provided as accurate. And also he was rude
when i tried to call him he disconnected the call. After that we tried to reach him out, but he didn't pick up the phone.
I didn't get any proper update customer support
Pls resolve this issue and provide my refund as soon as possible

Hi I am in chennai. I was order through dunzo app for the amount 283 rs but order is not placed and it's debited from my account. I was order through paytm upi, date 30/11/2022. I was tried to inform dunzo support team through dunzo app but the app is auto-generated app if we chat with that app it's telling "your amount will refund in 5 to 7 working days but nothing is refund till now. Definitely anyone should take an action and punish them...

The product is already inclusive of tax which rupees 15 but they have charged 17.

Its not about the money but about the trust they are playing with.

I had placed an order on 5th September but the delivery person tried to cheat with the amount and hence the order was canceled by him as he denied service after receipt of payment. Further the customer associate everytime only gave false assurity about refund to be credited in next 48 hours which is still not credited even after 960 hours I.e. 40 days. Upon contacting them, I again get reply to wait for more 48 hours! Please take action against Dunzo for such fraudulent activity of not refunding the amount. Your cooperation would be highly appreciated

Many of my refunds have been pending on dunzo, but when i look gor their support they always it's been initiated will reflect in 7 days but it's been months to some of the refunds none of the refunds reflect in my account.

I placed an order on 13th September, 2022. My money, Rs. 265 got debited, however, the order was never placed. I have sent multiples of emails to [protected]@dunzo.in but no action has been initiated. It has been 3 weeks too long now. Please return my money.

I placed two orders, 210Rs each, on the 11th of September, 2022 but the order got canceled because the store was closed. The payment was already made for both orders and the payment status is PAID in the order history as well, but I have not received the refund for both of them.
I have tried asking the chatbot multiple times but it always has the same answer that the refund is initiated and I'll receive the refund in 5-7 days but it has almost been a month but I have not received the refund yet.

Ordered 2 packs Ariel Matic Liquid Detergent Front Load (2 lts) on 14th Sept, order id 10ZO9Z50178 but the order was never delivered. They simply marked it as delivered. They don't seem to have any response even after several complaints.

You took my money beforehand and never delivered the product. You dont have otp verification on delivery nor you offer COD, you collude with your delivery partner to steal packages. SHYAM VARAN SINGH [protected] stole my package.

I have tried ordering on 7th September 2022 and I made a payment Rs.2210. After the payment the order not been placed, the items are in still in the cart. Immediately I have sent email to [protected]@dunzo.in and [protected]@dunzo.in. I have followed up with couple of reminder emails but no reply at all.

@dunzo please look into this matter and refund my money back.

Order has not been delivered & payment is initiated no response from dunzo team worst experience

Dunzo simply denied the refund, even after having the proof of the order being not delivered.
It has happened so many times. The funniest part is even after submitting the proof they deny the refund. The delivery agents have confirmed that dunzo does this purposely. That's why they have not kept COD. Because their intention is not right. They are doing it purposely. Thats why they don't take actions against these stores. Even after complaining so many times, they still Authorize them. And also they send the wrong bill. I have all the proofs this time.

My dunzo account number is [protected]. I puchased few items of worth 1828 rs and none of the items was delivered to me.It was my first order with dunzo and they cheated me on my first order itself! There was a box and dentatrix was kept inside the box (which was not my order) but bill was of my order! Where are my items? I have not got a single ordered items.
When I tried chatting with customer support, the bot was chatting, when I emailed and raised issue on twitter, the shameless dunzo is just copy pasting! I think they does this with every random person.

When I contacted store, he also agreed that mistake was done. But dunzo is not coming to conclusion, just copy pasting. Pls, its hard earned money, pls give me the items or return my money. Pls

The valet picked up the parcel and cancelled the order thereafter. He never reached the delivery location. He stole the parcel and his phone is not-reachable. Details as follows:

I had ordered Hershey's chocolate syrup with almond whose price was shown Rs 275 in the dunzo app but when the product delivered its MRP was Rs 170. So dunzo charged Rs 105 extra for it.

Hello team,
I have place an order with dunzo order number #10V9ZAL4686, not delivered.Delivery agent could not located my address in spite of giving clear instructions. I spent more than 20mins in helping the agent with delivery address, but still he did not deliver. After few mins I found that app is updated with status as delivered.
I called agent and asked why did he update it as delivered as ot is not delivered. Delivery agent said that customer support member asked him to update it as delivered.

Neither I have received the items its nor the refund is initiated. I request you to look into this issue ASAP.
