Ihave downloaded your APP and using the services since couple of years. On[protected] I wanted to send an article to my relative and keyed in the necessary data and paid a SUM OF RS, 125/- as delivery charges as per your norms. The person concerned for delivery could NOT locate my address and is impatient to understand the description offered by me. He advised me to CANCEL the order which I followed accordingly. I got a message through APP the amount will be refunded in a week's time. NOW many weeks passed no refund received.
