Dunzo — Order not received by the recipient through Dunzo

Hi Team,

This incident happened on the 11th of December 2024 between 2 PM - 4PM. I had couriered a small box which had a fitbit fitness tracker to my sister's residence. The Dunzo delivery boy went to the desired location and gave it someone else. When confronted, he is not aware of the details to whom he gave the parcel.

I have raised a support ticket and the also emailed to [protected]@dunzo.in
and [protected]@dunzo.com with the required details and none of them have replied yet.

The fitbit fitness tracker is around 8k INR. I would need a refund for the same
