Dunzo simply denied the refund, even after having the proof of the order being not delivered.
It has happened so many times. The funniest part is even after submitting the proof they deny the refund. The delivery agents have confirmed that dunzo does this purposely. That's why they have not kept COD. Because their intention is not right. They are doing it purposely. Thats why they don't take actions against these stores.
