The number i used to place the order- [protected] .I ordered 10 frootis worth Rs 20 (250ml)And have received 10 frootis worth Rs 10 (150ml). I raised the issue via email. They replied saying that “nothing can be done, we just ensure you that this doesn’t happen again”. What is this? I asked them to either return the items or provide with the replacement.
