Dunzo — Refund money not received

Problem:
I had placed an order for package delivery on Dunzo.com. The order never got picked so I cancelled the order. There were 2 orders placed by me on the same day priced 318 and 589, both were not picked, therefore cancelled.

Attempt:
I tried reaching out to their support but not help as it was an auto-generated text bot. They don't have a dedicated helpline number

Resolution:
Please request for a refund.
