Dunzo — Refund not initiated

I had placed an order on 5th September but the delivery person tried to cheat with the amount and hence the order was canceled by him as he denied service after receipt of payment. Further the customer associate everytime only gave false assurity about refund to be credited in next 48 hours which is still not credited even after 960 hours I.e. 40 days. Upon contacting them, I again get reply to wait for more 48 hours! Please take action against Dunzo for such fraudulent activity of not refunding the amount. Your cooperation would be highly appreciated
