1. Description of the Issue:
On 28th January, I placed an order for document transfer via Dunzo, costing ₹310.
Due to a delay in assigning a delivery partner, I had to cancel the order.
I was informed that the refund would be processed within 5-7 working days, but even after multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been issued.
2. Attempts to Resolve the Issue:
I contacted Dunzo's customer support multiple times but received no satisfactory response or resolution.
Despite their acknowledgment of the delay, the refund is still pending.
3. Desired Resolution:
Immediate refund of ₹310 to my original payment method.
