Dear Officer Consumer Complaints Forum,

I am writing to report an urgent issue with my recent delivery bookings on July 26th, 2024.

I booked a prepaid delivery service for Rs. 82 at 10:58 AM. However, no delivery personnel were assigned, and I suspect no service ticket was generated.

Due to the urgency of the delivery, I booked another delivery request at 11:18 AM, again paying Rs. 82 upfront. Unfortunately, there seems to be no record of this booking either, and no service ticket was generated.

I have attached screenshots of both payments made to Dunzo Digital Private Limited for your reference.

My name is Anindita Roy Choudhury, and my email address is anindita.r.[protected]@gmail.com. The delivery was supposed to be picked up from my address in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, and delivered to Aundh, Pune.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and process a refund for the duplicate payment of Rs. 82. Additionally, please let me know if there's any way to ensure the delivery still happens at this time, or if I should rebook the service.
