Duroflex — duroflex mattress - producing toxic smell

Hi,

We have bought duroflex coir mattress on 26 jun 2017, near duroflex dealer, kanakapura road bangalore. After removing plastic cover, bed start emitting toxic smell, which causes health issue. I already raised complaint by sending mail to concern person but no response. Plz take back that mattress and refund our money, so that we can go ahead with good mattress.
