This is a sub_standard brand with a trap ecom platform. Poor service and unethical business policies.

These crocs always want to swallow customers money with shaddy policies.

I can suggest some better businesses to mohanraj and Mathew team for their welfare.

Becareful people don't trust this brand. I'll update this....

1 month back I bought duroflex mattress of price 14000, because of house shifting we started using from 15 days, while using that we are getting back pain, and we have used the mattress only 3 days and stopped using it. I want a product exchange but duroflex team is not supporting and telling they can't do anything.
I have given 1 star rating and they are hiding the bad reviews and cheating people.
I maid worst decision to buy...

I have recently purchased 2 single mattresses from Duroflex for my parents. The mattresses are giving more back issues than comfort. I reached out to the customer service and they are just not bothered and keep responding that we can’t do anything. Just stick with your purchase now basically. I requested for slightly firmer mattresses but they don’t care. You can’t judge or be 100% sure that it’s perfect just by lying on it for a few minutes at the showroom. They have to be more customer friendly. Just waiting for a response again and for someone to help resolve my concerns.

There is some problem in your duroflex energise matteress not comfertable for sleeping so please check your given matteress item code nr040 and give solution for that . I am with the problem of my back pain day by day increase...

So do the needfull as soon as possible...

I have purchased A Duraflex mattress. Dated 13/3/2022.

I bought a Duraflex mattress 35000 Rs but it hasn't even been a year. and it's cracked and matress damaged. Mattress is torn in places. When I bought the mattress, said that there is an 8 year replacement warranty. Or right now Duroflex does not take any responsibility for this. I didn't know that duroflex cheats. Drurflex has cheating with me. If duroflex not change my mattress. I will complaint

I bought 2 single and 1 king size mattress from duroflex showroom. During the purchase sales executive said we can exchange it in 2 days if we didn't like it. But later they reducing it to for exchange.
The mattress height is not suitable for my cot. In the showroom, they have showcased 8inches mattress majorly and mentioned that that's new topping to improve the experience. But 8inch is not suitable for our cot and reported for exchange as soon as we got the mattress. But company is pointing some website about return and refund policy and refusing to exchange.

I have purchased matress from duroflex website and today I have received the product.
I tried to register warranty online but it doesnt work. given no[protected] does not work as it is not getting connected.
this is not expected from a reputed company.

I had ordered a mattress duroflex magic ( 6)" 74 ×57 from a dealer
LV furniture on 9/3/2022.i have not received it yet. How long will it take for the mattress to be delivered.

I am calling and mailing from past 6 days from date of delivery but no response or action taken by duroflex to return the matress as dimensions are too short, really disappointed with the service. Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible

I have recently ordered an item from duroflex. I am not getting any updates on the order from duroflex from past 15 days. Mobile number entered by me was incorrect but the email id given is correct where i received the payment confirmation and order details. I have purchased LiveIn Memory Foam Mattress + Free Duro Safe Mattress Protector. But i got only livein memory foam mattress only i dint got the free duro safe mattress protector.

I bought Duroflex Backmagic mattress - Queen size in Jan 2020 from a local retailer Furniture space, Chandanagar Hyderabad.

Right now I find that the mattress has compressed and is thinner than the time I have purchased, due to which I am finding back pain problems after overnight sleep. I reached out to retailer who assured me that it's a issue with the quality so should be eligible for a replacement since there is 5 years...

I ordered duroflex live in mattress with size 75X60X8 on 05 Nov 2020 from their website. But they delivered 75X60X6 instead of 75X60X8. I raise a ticket with their customer care on 10th Nov 2020. But still it didn't get replaced. 8" mattress cost 16K but 6" mattress cost 10K. i want to get it replaces or refunded the amount.

I bought a duroflex mattress 2 years back. The mattress is faulty and has issues with the make. I opened a ticket with duroflex to replace/repair the mattress as it is within the warranty period. The customer care doesn't have an sla in resolving these tickets and everytime i call i get a vague response. It has been a month since i lodged the ticket and no response from duroflex yet. Please look into as soon as possible. The reference ticket number is 132.

The mattress i have purchased from duroflex is giving back pain though it is not damaged from anywhere but there must be some fault in manufacturing. To resolve this issue i have wrote an email to customer care and they inform me that there team will visit in 4-5 working days to inspect the mattress. It's already crossed 10 days and no from them has approached so far.

Consumer grievance redressal is pathetic. I don;t this they are going to tke any action on this. Hence through this forum i would like to convey others not to believe them and better looks for other option.

I purchased duroflex vital two months back and found that there was a manufacturing defect and informed the same to your representative mr suhas phone number [protected]. I got an understanding that it will be replace with new matress within ten working days but it didnt happen. He is not picking the call nor replying my message.

Felt really bad on this unprofessional and negligence about handling the customer query.

Kindly let me know the next level of escalation and resolve this immediately.

I had ordered a sofa on february 2019 at lv furniture (Duroflex outlet) and the shop keeper name is vasanth.
He said he will deliver the sofa in a week and took advance of 20000/-. Remaining 21000/- to be given after delivery. 1 week later when enquired he said there is some delay and will deliver in another 10 days. Finally it was 1 and half month and he dint deliver the sofa and i roamed to his shop more than 50 times. Finally i asked him a refund since he failed to deliver the sofa even after 1 n half months. He said okay and gave just 10000 and will transfer the remaining in a day
Now 1 month has passed and still he has not refunded the money. Such a worst person he is who doesn't keep up his words.
I have not received my balance money from him and he doesn't respond to my calls.
Please help

Hi, i purchased duroflex crown mattress from haryana handloom house, no 998, btm 4th stage, bda layout, below oh my baby shop, devarachikkanahalli, bangalore 560076. After using the mattress for 1 week, it became very uneven. We have contacted vendor and explained him the issue. He said that person from duroflex has to come and check it. It's been 2 weeks now but no one turned up from company. When ever we call vendor same response.

We request some one to look into this issue and see to that mattress is replaced as we bought it just 2 weeks ago.

From the day two we have bought duroflex mattress, we are unable to use the mattress as there were many red ants inside that and when we reached out to duroflex executive there is no proper response from them. Since we heard duroflex is a good company and provides good product, we spent around 10k to buy this. Is this how the product quality is maintained and service delivered for the amount we spent? If this is the case no person will trust the company and get the mattress. It is the money we earn after we work for 9.5hrs long everyday. Company is playing with peoples trust and there needs. I need some good resolution for this issue. Till now, the bed is unused and it is worth nothing for the money we spent. Worst product have ever used in my life time. I would never opt or recommend others for duroflex products going forward.

We have bought duroflex coir mattress on 26 jun 2017, near duroflex dealer, kanakapura road bangalore. After removing plastic cover, bed start emitting toxic smell, which causes health issue. I already raised complaint by sending mail to concern person but no response. Plz take back that mattress and refund our money, so that we can go ahead with good mattress....

Ordreee duroflex mattress through local agent with promised date of delivery in 10 days. It’s a month now and still waiting for delivery. A call was received few days back, from atul verma (He stated that he is from company), he said by mistake the mattress was sent to different city but promised to deliver in next 3-4 days.. Again a week has gone and now he is not even taking calls. Pathetic service

I bought a duroflex mattress from the retailer / dealer aspirations furnishings with length of 6.25 and 3.in the shop the retailer said it looks like 6.5 based on the thread we used as length for measurement and delivered us a 6.5 mattress. At our home when he came to deliver he saw that it is longer than the required length. We requested/ pleaded him to take it back and get us the 6.25 length mattress. Since he had originally told he is getting it from the warehouse we asked if you can take it back and get us 6.25 size mattress. He then changed saying no warehouse and once i have delivered i wont take it back. Now i'm suffering for having trusted the mattress and the dealer you had entrusted. Pathetic customer care. It is not even one hour old but you are not ready to exchange it though am ready to pay transport charge. The bill doesnt say that the product is non exchangeable. Sir, i have purchased a exotica model mattress, from arun furnitures, madipakkam, chennai, in the month of february 2017, soon after purchase this mattress was having defective, it was sagging in the middle. I have made a complaint to the company website, and i have sent the numerous e mails and number of phone calls to mr balajee chennai representative regarding this replacement, i am awaiting for new mattress.

I purchased a Puff Mattress on 1st Aug 2013 and the mattress quality is not very good, mattress has converted into a sine wave mattress ... it has suppressed on all the locations where a constant load is applied, My warranty card says a warranty of 2 yrs so i called the retailer and he asked distributor to visit my place ... Fortunately i have been visited by one of the busiest person on this planet who attended atleast 5 calls on his short duration stay of 5 mins, and his feedback as i Quote is "THIS IS A LOW DENSITY MATTRESS AND THE LIFE OF THIS MATTRESS IS 1.5YRS AND HENCE THE WARRANTY IS ALSO 1.5YRS, I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT" ... My warranty card says 2 yrs but he is adamant that warranty is 1.5 yrs and product life is over if you buy new mattress worth 13000 INR i can guaranty 5-7yrs warranty ... this is ridiculous ... This distributor guy is useless fellow ... first you provides a useless mattress which goes down in warranty period and now along with a huge ATTITUDE you lie on my face regarding warranty ... SHAME SHAME SHAME ...

Duroflex mattress(72*48*4)284PR was bought on[protected] having invoice no 2414 from Bismi Stores, South Kalamassery, Ernakulam, Kerala.
Till now there is a Foul smell from the mattress which is causing uneasiness.

on 30-4-10 and paid money Rs7400/- went to home, at night there sent mattresse but there is burent of two inches on mattresse , we asked them change the mattresse, but no respones, we went so many times to the shop but no respones, please log a complaint, the invoice no 229 on the name of rajitha.
