I bought Duroflex Backmagic mattress - Queen size in Jan 2020 from a local retailer Furniture space, Chandanagar Hyderabad.
Right now I find that the mattress has compressed and is thinner than the time I have purchased, due to which I am finding back pain problems after overnight sleep. I reached out to retailer who assured me that it's a issue with the quality so should be eligible for a replacement since there is 5 years warranty on the mattress.
I raised a complaint with the company on this issue and after several follow ups got a ticket number No:[protected] on 19th November 2020. But since then no satisfactory response was given by the company. I was asked to provide pics of the mattress and a video which shows the fabric has become very loose due to compression in the mattress inner material. All that I did thru emails which I am attaching as proof.
Since 11th December I kept calling their customer care but getting response that the issue is with quality control and we are looking into.
Meanwhile it's been more than 2 months I picked up this problem with dealer and company, but no resolution till date.
Request for a support from your end to get a satisfactory response.
