I have recently purchased 2 single mattresses from Duroflex for my parents. The mattresses are giving more back issues than comfort. I reached out to the customer service and they are just not bothered and keep responding that we can’t do anything. Just stick with your purchase now basically. I requested for slightly firmer mattresses but they don’t care. You can’t judge or be 100% sure that it’s perfect just by lying on it for a few minutes at the showroom. They have to be more customer friendly. Just waiting for a response again and for someone to help resolve my concerns. Was this information helpful? |
