Joydurga FL OFF Shop, Bolpur Bazar, Birbhum, WB is charging higher price and blackmarketing. They are selling products of old MRP at higher price. For eg, Tolay Challenge 750 ml bottle at old MRP of Rs.670 being sold at Rs.800. They are refusing to give bills also. Current MEP is Rs.1000.

    Hello. I reside in Satgachi, Dumdum. Recently, a week ago a chicken shop has been opened. Its not even a shop, a man sits with chicken and slaughters them. It is so disturbing to hear and watch it as he sits directly opposite and below my apartment, I request you to take down the shop immediately.

            They provides services like body massage etc... Please do the needful solutions

              1: lack of training to staff, so staff are selling multipacks, restricted items example-cigarettes, deliberately merchandised at (Eye level-buy leve) l in bulk multipacks, which legally exceeds personal allowance in almost every country in the world.
              2: crucially, the onus is put on paying customers only, so companies don't have to take any responsibility. No due care is taken for customers welfare, either morally, ethically, economically and logistically. By that i mean customer is left out of pocket, and international restrictions are applied to paying customers as merchandise reflects bulk and multipacks.
              3: no information is forthcoming regarding restricted products on sale at the counter or along with the merchandise. It should be mandatory as how much can be purchased duty free and how much duty needs to be paid at the landing port. (With no information or internet availability to paying consumers, and asking duty free employees/staff just leads to upselling and mis-selling and again consumers facing the consequence like a criminal and out of pocket as well.) decent law abiding and tax paying citizen shouldn't be subjected by companies who have no sympathy for their clients and take no responsibility at all.
              4: cctv recording in premises are evidence or not???
              5: no internet connection available to travellers, no free connection available to tourist so consumers relying on staff information to make impulse purchases on restricted items and consequently loss of money and goods at arrival ports.

              I have tried to get the issue resolved but my case like so many cases was not settled because the company protects itself with the fact that the customer should know the legalities purchasing the restricted goods.

              I would like to see a justice for consumers and hopefully employees fully trained with information or at least help consumers to avail and empower consumers with free access to internet and information and an apology for the dismissiveness by delhi dutyfree support and management team.

                I would like to take your kind attention towards tilak nagar area, where the business of Meat shop is flourishing, these shops are not to opened here in residential area, we being the resident of tilak Nagar are not being able to pass that passage or road where this slaughtering is done because Some drinkers were always stand there & drink, they always pass comments on ladies & repulsive and foul smell comes all the time from these shops, Some people are giving these shops to the rent for some peety amount to the slaughterers I request you on the behalf of tilak nagar people who are against it, please close these shops and otherwise it should be sealed and given to rent for some good work, It is our humble request to you, this slaughtering should not be done here, our homes in near by area we are not being able to tolerate it,
                We are tolerating it since many years, if any action would not be taken we will come to your office and revolt against it, or will give you a written application altogether, please take such appropriate action against it as soon as you can.

                it is very typical to us stay here with these type of problems.

                  Hi, I had ordered Gold Medal Medicated Oil through dutyfree shop.in and the agency name OK Agency. I have already made online payment. It has been almost 20 days now its shows still processing. I tried contacting the customer care but there was no response, then someone received the call and said that the shop is just opened now and asked me to call later. Later I mailed on the customer care email id and again there is no response. The website doesn't have any option to cancel the order and along with this we cant post our feedback and testimonial without the permission of the Admin, which means we cannot post anything negetive about the company though we have problem with it. This shopping site looks like a cheat and I do not have any clue what to do now as they dont receive my calls also. very unprofessional. My order number - ORD14031006 and the customer care number is +[protected]. If anybody can help me out, plz do so.As I have already spent money on it.                   The problem is not yet solved. I have received a mail from Dutyfreeshop.in by a person named Sonali and they said that the payment is not yet made. i have the receipt of the payment along with the bank statement. i dont understand what are these people upto. I want to cancel the order and want my money back to my bank account any how. this is heights.

It is really strange that for one single transaction how can this happen. I want to cancel the order and want my money back to my bank account any how. this is heights that this shopping site is cheating people so badly. IT should not be given registration at any cost. If you want the documents i can send it across. Kindly share your official email id where i can send you all the documents of my pay statement and two different receipt of one single transaction. Kindly help. There is no response from the sellers side and i really feel helpless at this point of time.
