Dear Team

I have an ISBN and self published the book. I ordered online distribution through pothi. On amazon when i published the book they got me one ISBN which can not be used to any other platform. So on Pothi, i used my own ISBN.
I just read that ISBN shall be uniform on all platforms. I paid for online distribution through Pothi and wanted to know if my scenario would be ok to proceed. Order ID 326160

I have placed anorder on Pothi.com for the book name ENGINE IN THE NUTSHELL. And successfully placed the payment but no information is given on the order placed even the order history is null. Please resolve the issue...

I placed order for a book 'Divorce Ityadi 2' by Abhik Dutta. Despite the transaction being successful, no order history was updated in my profile. I complained on their website but no solution was delivered to me. Having no order number, I was unable to track the status of dispatch of my order. I asked them to refund the money but there was no reply.

A book on your website "Versatile world leader Narendra Modi" has been uploaded which uses my name as an author and has been printed without my consent. It is illegal and unethical to use my name without my consent. It's been uploaded by someone else probably Anurag Mathur which also has his name as author.

this book has been uploaded without my knowledge I don't know this contents of the book and my name has been misused.

Before I take any legal action I hope you are the best judge of this situation to remove it from your website.

My name is Alpa Bhrambhatt, I have ordered two book from pothi.com the name of the book is "the poetry of my life - by vedant bhrambhatt", i have send many request to that web sight to ask that when my book will be deliver to me but they only reply that it take 3-5 days to be printed and only then it will be deliver to the consumer, but its soo long but still I have no information about the book, my Son has an account in pothi.com from which i have ordered the book when ever i see the book there is no change the page it always show that ( your order is being Processing). I have submitted 2 complains though there is no change there, after the day i have ordered the book i got a mail showing that your ordered is being placed and it will be delivered with 1-2 days after the book is being printed, but not it has informed me rather my order has been printed or not i have been waiting soo long for the book to be ordered but thought it has not replied me about the complain, also the have been providing me a order number that, my ordered number is (119360),

PLEASE SIR,
ask them to delivered me the ordered as fast as possible, or else take harsh action against them if they don't deliver me the book in time

These guys helped me in publishing my book. The total number of sales reflected on the sales is less than the total number of invoices which I have physically seen.(after all my friends bought it on a huge scale).. I reported them the number of Pending sales being reduced. They said-the book is returned by a seller. It was subject to no cancellation.
Then-even after they showed me that the sales are completed. They reduce the total number of sales. I was astonished. Still I waited them to increAse.
My friend in delhi ordered my book. And I hopefully waited for increase in the book sale. And still-a book was reduced?

These guys don't share with me about the name of buyers. Are they using this policy to exploit their authors? If yes. I don't need their money-just give me back the money they charged me.
