Two weeks before i was searching about the home based online jobs and found a company named dv enterprise which is in gujarat. I filled the application form for applying the job. After few days i got a call from the company and was instructed by a girl about the details and procedure for the registration for the job. They asked me for scanned copy of my aadhar card and e-mail address so i provided that to them. Then after half an hour they said me to download an app called agreement software where all the agreement will be visible and they took my signature in that app only. This is how i got the job without any interview. They said i have to feel 1200 forms about the salary details o[censored]s citizens in 8 days and they also said that i will be paid only when the 80% of the form will be correct otherwise i have to pay the registration amount to them.
So i worked for 8 days continuously and some people also called me saying that if i want to fill form they can do that for me, but i ignored them. After 8 days i submitted my work and they checked it within 1 hour and sent me the qc report which was failed. Then they said that i have to pay the registration fees of amount 4, 500 but i denied to pay. Then after 4 days they called me and said that my case has been filled in civil court and i will get a notice from an advocate for the case file. After half an hour i got a mail of notice of the case from an advocate named minhaz. Now they are saying that i have to come with my lawyer to the gujarat and pay 7000 rupees for every month for the next 11 month as the agreement of the company with me was for 11 month. Then i started to search about this company for the details on the official website of ministry of corporate affairs and didn't found any details of the company. This company is fake company and is continuously giving me threatening calls.
