Dv Enterprises — fraud company threatening for money

Hi sir/mam, i joined dv enterprises for work purposes, at the time of joining they got my signature on a fraud agreement and also a video of mine which states that i agree with all their terms and conditions. I was told that if i am not able to do the required within the required time period due to my reasons, i need to pay them an amount of 4500/-. I started working and everything was working okhay bt just after 2-3 days, i got an issue due to which i could not sign into the application and do the required work due to which they are now threatening me to either pay them an amount of 4500/- or else they would send me a legal notice at my place after which i need to pay them an amount of approximately 50-60, 000 rs. According to the lady. I already informed the company about the issue as well when i faced it. I got just the basic troubleshooting steps to follow but it didn't do any good. I also sent the screenshot of the error to the lady who gave me the work and everything but she didnt gave any reply and when i called her, a different person picked up the call and told that she is not available. I told the so-called advocate about the problem as well but she says that its my fault. I already could find a thousand of complaints regarding the company, so kindly do the required and take a strict action against them.
