DXN India — Damaged bags and disappointed by service

A big no to Indocanadian bu service . My bags are fully damaged due to their carelessness and i didn’t get the services for the Mercedes Benz bus I paid for . I booked my ticket for January 05, 2024
And I am so disappointed by their services rendered. I do request my full refund of the ticket I paid either I need my damaged bags claim pictures are attached.
