DXN India — Returning product

Dear sir,
My father is taking this product since 9 month.
Now he is paased away,
And products r still packed so i want to return this, but they are not reurning,
This is very bad service, from dxn.
Plzz return my product as soon as possible.
Otherwise im taking a legal action from this company,
