I ordered a 4g dongle of huawei for 3550 rupees. the amount was debited from my account number. it was done on 29th january, 2017. But, till today i didn't get any message regarding order-confirmation or refund. I contacted e-bay customer service through mail and they replied and promised to refund my money. In this regard i had sent them my bank statement also. i request here to resolve this issue ASAP.My trasaction ref no is 'HSBJ[protected]
