E Bay — Faulty i phone selled by ebay...not get repaired....nor seller respond

I have purchased apple phone 4 from ebay on 21 march 2015.After one month the phone software automatiaclly vanished and its not working.I will show the set to some repairing centers ..they said it was assembled phone...and having copied software which is now vanished...technicians said this phone never get repaired. seller details mention on bill(Through Ebay) Akhilesh Jha Lower Basement 20, Tolstoy Marg, Connaught Place phone-[protected] ebay bill number [protected] record no 10699
