I purchases V-Guard Stabilizer online through e-bay. When I recieved the same by Blue Dart courier, I found it was broken.
On the same day I made a refund claim with e-bay. One of the worst customer service provider is e-bay India. You keep on calling them / send e-mails you will not get any response.
You have to send several photos/pics of the package / stabilizer to e-bay.
They just kept dragging the issue more than a month.
Finally e-bay asked me to send the parcel back to the seller. I have to do it within three days and submit the receipt to e-bay ORELSE my claim will be closed.
I have mailed e-bay and also informed e-bay customer service, that I will not be in station for a month, on my office trip.
So now e-bay closed my claim saying that, I didn't send the parcel / courier receipt to them with in three days... Was this information helpful? |
