E Bay — refund not processed

Dear Sir I placed an order for Rs 13465 on 26/dec 2014 from ebay bearing paypaisa id [protected].The product was to be deliverd by 3rd jan but when i didnt rec my product on 15th jan i raised a complaint but they didnt respond to the same.i request your highness to help me in recovering my money back.
