e Bazar — bsnl sim not delivered yet

I have purchased "bsnl sim " from your company vide Order ID & Invoice no- 2018-19/172098, dated- 06.05.17, for Rs. 575/-.
But this order did not get me yet.
if my order not recived me in 5 days i help consumer court.
I tried to contact the company repeatedly but could not find a rply.
Please resolve this problem immeditaly.
