Hi sir,

On 29/06/2019, i got a call from the number [protected] stating that they are calling form e zone enterprises, latur, maharashtra and they are offering a work from home tasks and they have given all the details.
Initially stage itself i said to them if any legal agreement is involved means i not interested in doing the work. They said ok to me and asked my details like email, contact number and aadhar details. I have provided the same.
After that i got multiple times call from the numbers [protected], [protected] and [protected] stating that they are verification team. I have reiterated the same thing to them also i m not willing to work if any legal agreement is confined.
But 01/07/2019, with out my concern and permission they have prepared a legal agreement on my name and forwarded to me. I have called number of times to their customer care number [protected] but no response and i have also mailed to their mail id : [protected]@gmail.com regarding the issue, then they are telling me to pay the 5000/- as penalty for not taking the work or else they will take legal action on me. From starting onwards i m telling on thing only that i m not interested in doing that work, now they are black mailing me on legal terms. Again i went back to them for the same through mail and they responded back stating that i will be getting a call from their concerned department, but till now i have not received anything such.
Now i have received a mail from one of their legal person stating that they are going to file a case on me regarding the above mentioned issue. So please help me, i m from very small family and can't go under all these legal things.

Request you to kindly help me getting out of this issue i am not in a position to pay that amount and please take a strict action against on them so that they will not do these with any other innocent people.
